Our feet affect the rest of our bodies in many different ways. Healthy feet enable us to be active and they have a direct correlation to our balance and posture. Just as we exercise any part of the body to keep it strong and functioning, we need to do the same with our feet. Come join Gretchen in learning ways to build a foundation to healthy, pain-free feet.
