These classes are for people who are recovering from an injury, living with chronic pain or are over 70. All of these videos feature modifications to help keep you safe and pain free while building strength and range of motion.
Theory
The theory classes are great for beginners and for people who really liked to understand why they are doing certain exercise. The pace is more deliberate and there are more explanations given for the exercises.
Flow
These are our most fast paced classes. While you will still be given modifications and explanations and cues, the classes move more quickly through the exercises and keep the flow moving throughout.
