Snow Sport Strength Workshop

Get your body ready to take on winter!!


Join Gretchen Cross for a virtual workshop to to gear up for snowboarding, skiing, cross-country skiing, and even snowshoeing.

You will learn a myriad of ways to improve your overall strength, balance, and coordination prior to opening day. We have all been more stagnant this year, so let’s get our bodies moving and ready for all of the winter activities we love, and keep our bodies happy and healthy.

This workshop is a live streamed workshop but if you can’t make it to the event we can send you a recording of the workshop

Pilates for Runners

Taught by avid runner and experienced Pilates Instructor, Gretchen Cross. This course will explore why core and upper body strength are so important, how to build up your endurance, and the ways Pilates can help with injury prevention. As most of us have learned, Pilates is a great low-impact form of exercise that can help your breath control, posture, and flexibility/mobility which are all necessary to run properly. Whether you run marathons, jog in your neighborhood, or even just enjoy walking with a friend or you dog, there will be something for everyone!

The course meets virtually every Tuesday from 6:30 PM-7:30 PM. While this course is a live streaming course, but can also be sent to you recorded if you can’t make it live! Emails us for more details, Gretchen@pilatescollectivedenver.com
