Taught by avid runner and experienced Pilates Instructor, Gretchen Cross. This course will explore why core and upper body strength are so important, how to build up your endurance, and the ways Pilates can help with injury prevention. As most of us have learned, Pilates is a great low-impact form of exercise that can help your breath control, posture, and flexibility/mobility which are all necessary to run properly. Whether you run marathons, jog in your neighborhood, or even just enjoy walking with a friend or you dog, there will be something for everyone!
